1 RETURN POLICY
Before returning items, please contact Jparts.
We will send you a return form which you must fill in and send with your parcel.
With each order you get 30 days return, this period starts from the day the order is received.
Jparts recommends that you request a receipt and packaging ID for the return of the parcel Service, as it facilitates the follow-up of the return shipment if necessary. Jparts will reimburse the returns that are eligible. If you paid by invoice, we need a bank account number on which we can refund the money. This can be easiest to communicate via email to us.
1.2 NON RETURABLE GOODS
After removing the foils/stickers, the return right of your product or part will expire. Of course, the warranty does not expire.
A damaged packaging or damaged product will void the return.
In order to be able to send your products back, you need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must send your product to: jparts.be, Oud-Turnhout, 2360, Neerstraat 29, Belgium
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of the return shipment is deducted from your refund. Depending on your place of residence, the delivery time of your exchanged product may vary.
If you return an article of more than €75, you should consider using a traceable delivery service or buying a transport insurance. We do not warrant that we will receive your returned item.
2 REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
Our offer is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. In order to qualify for a return, an item must be unused and located in the state in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For refurbished appliances You cannot claim a refund, you can receive a voucher for an exchange or a new purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your article. We also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and an amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original means of payment within a certain number of days.
2.2 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Please contact your credit card size. It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.3 DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Only normally priced items are eligible for reimbursement. Unfortunately, we cannot repay discounted items.
* We only Exchange items if they are defective or do not work properly. In the wrong assembly or improper use, the warranty and your return right immediately expires. 2.5 REFURBISHED APPLIANCES
For refurbished appliances on order you have to pay an advance of 10.
Once we have received the product we will send you an e-mail to pay the residual value of the appliance. You will also receive the official invoice by mail after receiving payment.
You can also pay the full amount, you will receive a purchase invoice immediately. After we receive your device, a custom invoice is sent with the listed serial number/IMEI of the device.
3.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?
When you buy something in our store, as part of the purchase and sales process, we collect the personal data you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address.
When you look around our store, we automatically receive the IP address of your computer and learn more about your browser and operating system.
3.2 EMAIL MARKETING
With your permission we can send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal data upon completion of a transaction, verification of your credit card, placing of an order, arrangement of a delivery or return of a purchase, we assume that you consent to its collection and use for that Specific reason.

Our store is hosted by One.com. They offer us the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored via the data storage and databases of One.com and the General One.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, our third-party gateway may use your credit card information for that purpose. See 3.8.
3.8 THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Third parties that we rely on will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent that they need it to perform the services they provide to us.
When you click on links in our store, you can be led away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statement.
In order to protect your personal data, we take the necessary precautions and follow the best practices in the industry to ensure that they are not lost, abused, opened, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card details, the information will be encrypted by means of secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) and retained with an AES-256 encryption.
4 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and conditions at any time. So check them out regularly.
Changes and clarifications are effective immediately upon publication on the website.
If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated so that you are aware of what data we collect, how we use it, and under what conditions we use them, in any case and/or disclose it.
If our store is purchased by another company or merged with it, your data may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you
5.1 SPARE PARTS & ACCESOIRES
All parts that you buy from Jparts.be are subject to the statutory warranty. If you have used the item normally and mounted it, it should function properly. In addition, certain articles also have factory guarantees. These are additional warranties issued by the importer or manufacturer. For cable tear/breakage, glass damage or other mounting defects, no warranty is given. You are responsible for the correct execution of the assembly and we are not responsible for any damage to your device.
5.2 REFURBISHED APPLIANCES
As with all goods that Jparts sells, you get a guarantee, the warranty period for refurbished appliances is one year.
If you purchase refurbished appliances, you should be aware that these devices have been restored. IP68 (water damage), glass breakage, fall damage are not covered here under warranty.
When the appliance is opened or repaired by 3rd, the warranty immediately expires.
Warranty on repairs amounts as following
On Copy Parts The period is 3 month.
On Prime parts, the period is 6 months.
On original parts, the period is 1 year.
For damage that is not relevant to the replacement of the part, Jparts is not responsible for the device.
If the appliance has water damage then it is possible to repair it but you do not have a warranty for the part.
This is before being reported before we finally restore the device.
